HB 334 (Reps. Sharper-D, Kidd-I, Bentley-D, and Waites-D)

Requires the State Board of Education to develop an age-appropriate Personal Finance Course for grades 6-12 that includes certain instructional elements identified in the bill.

Each local board of education would be required to offer these courses, beginning with the 2016-2017 school year as an elective course in grades 6-8 and a required course in grades 9-12.
